Turnaround & Project Solutions Inc. operates in Alberta, as well as Saskatchewan and British Columbia, and is an expert in providing highly knowledgeable and experienced personnel to meet all turnaround and project management needs. Our dedication allows us to incorporate the best practices of dozens of facilities with industry accepted practices. This collective knowledge and collaboration keeps us at the forefront of new technologies and knowledge, ensuring better, faster, and more cost-effective ways of doing things. There has been a growing movement towards a leaner operating process across the province. Many companies that used to employ substantial Maintenance and Operations groups have cut back. Most permanent on site staff are finding it necessary to wear different hats or are already working at capacity. That’s where TAPS comes in; we have temporary people with substantial experience that can take on any role. Shutdown and Start Up Support

Provide training to on site and new team members turnaround management, planning, scheduling, estimating, most trade functions and coordination.
